I belong to the assembly department of the JTS Group. My primary role is assembling inspection jigs used in semiconductor testing by assembling processed materials and wiring from scratch to create them.

●What motivates you in your work, and what do you focus on?

As I am still relatively new, my responsibilities are somewhat limited. However, I feel a great sense of accomplishment when a product I’ve worked on successfully passes the final inspection and is ready for shipment. That moment gives me a great sense of accomplishment and motivates me to improve.
